ALL grass fed beef is born, raised, and grazed in Southeastern Arizona. 

Beef can be purchased in whole, half, or quarter shares. 

Beef is finished on quality feed and/or grain for 90 days prior to harvest.  Beef is then dry aged for 21 days prior to being cut and wrapped.

With the purchase of any share, customers will receive traditional cuts from the front and the rear of the animal including: T- bones, filets, skirt steak, short ribs, stew meat, roasts, brisket, ground beef, soup bones, etc.

*Heart, tongue, liver, oxtail, brain, and other "off-all" can be harvested at customer's request.
